Kudan no Gotoshi - Is this suppose to be comedy?

I started to read this manga, but in the middle, I realized that this manga is already done, complete, only that the English translation is not finished yet. so that is going to take a little while as I think there are around 2 volumes that need to be translated. The author sure builds up the mystery element, but there are really some scenes that can't be taken seriously. From Chapter 2: "Guess I'll Die" I know it's supposed to be a horror manga but the timing of that clock falling was 100% comedic. Apparently, it's similar to the final destination, that cow-human like hybrid is following them around and cursing them to death. trying to suicide is unacceptable, and if one tries to kill themselves, the person will simply not die. No cheating allowed.

Tonari no Idol-san / His Favorite Idol Moves in Next Door, the Romcom chapter 1-3

This manga is about an otaku's idol moving in next door who he really adores, it turns out she is quite sadistic than seen on the surface. what will otaku's life become of? It's actually very similar to Karakai Jouzu No Takagi-San. Chapter 1 Make no mistake! We are talking about a full-time demon here! Chapter 2 Here Masaki is unsure if she is the real deal. So he goes to one of her fan's meetings and gives her a present to be able to confirm that she is the real deal if she brings the present home with her. To make things worse, in front of him she throws the present he gave her in the garbage. Well, maybe that's not the worst thing that can happen to him, at least she is the real idol. so he got that going, which is nice. Chapter 3 Jesus Christ, can the chapters be any shorter? Chapter 4 Our hero catches her purchasing a condom. And the torture continues... nice. Chapter 5 The stalker level goes up a notch. What is wrong with her?!?!?! Chapter 6 The poor guy is on the verge of despair. she keeps stepping on his feelings and tormenting him with all kinds of games. she is literally a criminal by now. love this. Chapter 7 Wait, that's illegal. I wonder if this manga will end with suicide. Chapter 9 And now we have her teasing him with her beautiful long hair. Is this some kind of fetish I am too average to understand? Chapter 10 Last manga chapter predictions: the guy commits suicide and the girl regrets it, the end.
